ONE-MINUTE RESET WHEN STRESS HITS
Four SOS practices, one minute each: Stress Reset, Fast Relax, Quick Focus and Energy Boost. They work offline, so they are there on a plane, before a hard conversation or at 3 a.m.

LEARNS WHAT WORKS FOR YOU
Check in before and after each session. Koru shows how your state changed and, with Apple Watch, how your heart rate responded. Over time you see which practices work for your body.

YOUR AI BREATHING COACH
Tell the coach how you feel in your own words. It suggests three practices matched to your state and the time you have.

CALM IS TWO TAPS AWAY
Start a practice with Siri, Shortcuts, Back Tap or a Home Screen quick action. Save a favorite for offline use.
