I reside in a remote area with limited mobile signal coverage, often relying on Wi-Fi for internet access. Whenever my mobile signal is weak or unavailable, the Kotak 811 app displays a “No SIM found” error and prompts me to re-register my existing account from the beginning. This issue is both inconvenient and frustrating, as it disrupts my banking experience.

I have noticed that other users have reported similar issues. For instance, one user mentioned that the app deactivates itself whenever the mobile network fluctuates or goes down, even though the SIM card remains in place. This problem is particularly prevalent in areas with inconsistent mobile network coverage. 

I urge the development team to address this issue promptly to enhance the app’s stability and usability for users in areas with unreliable mobile networks.

### ****- "Network Stability Issue in Rural Areas"
The app overall works well and offers a good user experience. However, the recent update has introduced a frustrating issue. The app deactivates itself whenever the mobile network fluctuates or goes down, even though I haven’t removed the SIM card.

I live in a village where mobile networks often drop in certain parts of my home. While I primarily use WiFi to access the internet, the app still deactivates due to poor network signals. This makes it extremely inconvenient to reactivate the app repeatedly.

I urge the team to address this problem and make the app more stable for users in areas with inconsistent mobile networks.

This is the only app that is severely overheating my phone. I heard good things about this new app, hence opened a Kotak bank account. Only God knows how long this app will be in beta. Looks like Kotak has still not improved even after the RBI drama. The worst part is that their old app doesn’t work anymore; it just asks to download this new app which is still in beta.

Please think twice if you are to open account in Kotak 811. So I had invested more than 50k and they have freezed my account. And can’t withdraw my own money back. Reason they are telling is txn not in line with the declared profile. I have visited the branch and they do not  tell a proper timeline by when it will solve. And the branch does not has a ticketing system so there is no accountability. The customer service is not good. Now God knows when it will solve and how many times I will have to visit the branch.
