Why is it that not all Kotak platforms offering mutual fund services are in sync, even though I've registered with the same PAN? I mean, Kotak Cherry and Kotak Neo operate like they're from different planets. And of course, there's no option to transfer my mutual funds from Cherry to Neo—because why would I want to keep my stocks and mutual funds in one place for easy tracking, right?

Very much disgusting app they should rather close this app no customer service on call worst app so far i would giva minus rating.
I purchased mutual fund and started sip of 1000 per month for 1 year and they created an autopay of 10 lakh from my bank account and now i want to cancel my autopay but no option is given for that and no customer service either i mailed them a lot of mails and i am getting reply that we have not created any mandate and we cannot find your account.
What is wrong with the app just take down the app and they are using third party mandate for their transactions such a losers man u cannot even build your own system so please take down your app im gonna make a youtube video on this fraud of yours and make people aware about it.
Really 10 lakh rupees mandate is required for an 12000 rupees total sip?
Please give me a satisfactory reply because on mail im not getting any satisfactory response from your so called customer support.

My money got deducted on 20th April and even after 1 week fund were not allotted. I mailed Customer Care on 28th April, regarding this, clearly mentioning all details including my phone number, then got reply that pls write to us using registered mail id (i mailed using same only) & pls mention phone number ( which i already mentioned). I mailed them again then they said we tried reaching you on your contact number however we were unable to establish contact, but i haven’t got any call from them yet, I again mailed them, but haven’t got reply yet. However I got my money back on 1st May, but I haven’t got reply from Customer Care that what problem occurred. Experience was not at all good.
