This app scam users, they are cheating users money. I hope Apple punish developer and company, ban their account and remove all of apps.
Can’t sign in
I can’t sign in to my account using my Facebook credentials. It keep sending error message App Not Setup: This app is still in development mode, and you don't have access to it. Switch to a registered test user or ask an app admin for permissions. I’ve lost my purchases.😡
App not usable
Server is not found, I cannot use the app
Do not use this application
I paid subscription for a year while I can’t download any book to read it since more than 2 months. I sent many complaints even to refund my money and no response!
Irresponsible company
No way to reach your purchased books. Or read your subscribed newspapers for more than a month!!! No apology, no way to compensate you for the lost payment.
Stop working
The app stop making me download the book i just purchased. And no respond from the app support.
Scam
I have been using Kotobi for nearly 2 years and 2 months ago, the app stopped allowing me to login from my fb -regardless the fact that I’m subscribing to two newspapers using my fb account- and I failed to submit a complaint as “contact us” is broken, they don’t have Customer support number and Vodafone claimed that it’s not their app and it’s just supported by them hence they can do nothing about it. don’t waste your money here!
مشكلة في الرصيد
تكررت معي مشكلة في الدفع يتم سحب المبلغ من كارت الائتمان مرتين و لم تتم إضافتها للحساب. أرسلت شكوي بهذا المعنى و لم يتم الرد عليّ بالإضافة أن عرض السعر في صيغة coins ثم سحبة بالجنيه شئ غير لطيف
