## Kovo Reviews in United States

### ***** "Motivation in an App"
I’ve tried several fitness apps, but this one keeps me coming back for more. Set your goals and the app does the rest. It will keep you motivated and accountable. Lots of stats and workouts you can share with other members. Fun app. Thanks Kovo! This is just what I needed. 👍
-- JoRed62, 2026-01-29

### ***** "Fantastic User Interface"
I started using this app as a way to stay more motivated and thus far I have loved my experience. Kovo has such a good user interface and great ai suggestions that have kept me going back to the gym and elevating my level in the app. I have never been more motivated and would highly recommend to anyone who needs external motivation to stay in the gym!
-- ParkerAdams4, 2026-01-24

### ***** "Best Fitness App"
Never really enjoyed any fitness apps I’ve tried until now. Solid app. Great workouts. Fun/easy to use.
-- Landonsofresh, 2026-01-24

### ***** "Love this app"
The interface is clean and intuitive, the guidance is clear, and the workouts are effective whether you’re a beginner or more advanced. Kovo makes working out engaging, sustainable, and rewarding. I highly
recommend for anyone who wants to stay active and actually enjoy the process.
-- yaseiw99, 2026-01-24

### ***** "Easy to use & Helpful"
This workout app makes everything super easy by having all my workouts, schedule, and progress in one place. I don’t have to think too much about what to do. I just open the app and get moving. Seeing my progress and getting reminders actually keeps me motivated and makes working out feel way more doable and fun!!
-- Sofiakandoussi, 2026-01-24

### ***** "My online fitness coach."
Succinctly, this app does my gym planning for me. I have a free coach on my phone…

18 days into 2026, Kovo has been integral to me keeping my new year’s fitness goals. And Pro was worth it. I feel leaner and sharper. Confidence peaking.
-- Greg Fallentini, 2026-01-18

### ***** "Original Fitness Tracker"
This app does a great job of creating and tracking workouts in an original way. I’m so impressed with the multi-faceted elements of the app and the personalized approach.
-- FreddySwimmer, 2026-01-18

### ***** "Big fan"
Interesting concept to fitness, it grew on me quickly. Love the motivation this app brings, and ability to train with friends.
-- A Happy Survivalcraft Player, 2026-01-16

### ***** "Elite"
One of the easiest fitness apps I’ve ever been able to use. Being able to use the workouts in the app and also customize my own with ease is great. On top of that the gyms and competitions put this over the top as they provide so much more variety then the standard Apple Watch or Fitbit competition.
-- Zswan18, 2026-01-15

### ***** "Awesome Concept. Awesome Execution!"
This app is awesome, not just because it’s easy to use and fun to navigate, but more so because it adds an extra level of excitement and accountability to your workout routine.

The Kovo team has managed to ‘gameify’ fitness and wellbeing in a way that doing makes something many people struggle to find motivation/time for enjoyable and interactive. As a relatively inexperienced lifter, I also really enjoy having an optimized workout plan based on my goals. It’s reduced the amount of time I spend pacing around the gym try not to look clueless exponentially!
