They are very responsive, all your doubts or concerns are looked after. Would definitely recommend them -- Ribhu Taneja, 2026-02-26 ### ***** "Thank you Kozy for this experience" Kozyclan is a good choice if you value clarity and peace of mind while planning trips. -- Rajesh Manoharan GTA, 2026-01-14 ### *---- "WORST TRIP EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE – KOZYCLAN / BYKO / YATRA LOKA" I booked my Spiti trip (26 Dec – 3 Jan 2026), Double Sharing, through Kozyclan, with Byko Travels listed as the travel partner. What I actually received was a well-packaged scam disguised as a travel experience. ❌ ZERO PROFESSIONALISM FROM DAY ONE By 26 December afternoon, I had received absolutely no trip details. No pickup info, no contacts, nothing. Any half-decent travel company knows this is basic responsibility — apparently Kozyclan doesn’t. Multiple follow-ups with Kozyclan and Byko were completely ignored. Red Flag #1 right there. ❌ SURPRISE PARTNER & WRONG BOARDING POINT Out of nowhere, I get added to a WhatsApp group by Yatra Loka — a company I NEVER agreed to travel with. No permission. No explanation. On top of that, the boarding point magically changed from Kashmiri Gate (as clearly mentioned in the Kozyclan app)to Majnu ka Tila. So either the app is fake, or Kozyclan just doesn’t care. ❌ THIRD-CLASS TRANSPORT The Delhi–Shimla bus was absolute trash.
No leg room.
No semi-sleeper.
Nothing close to what was promised. Every passenger complained, but of course, once the payment is done, customer experience becomes optional. ❌ HORRIBLE TRIP MANAGEMENT Reached Sangla at 1 AM thanks to poor planning. This isn’t adventure — it’s incompetence. ❌ SHARING-ROOM SCAM CONTINUES Despite paying for double sharing: * Got triple sharing in Sangla * Again triple sharing in Nako * Then a ridiculous FIVE-SHARING room (seriously?) When questioned, the excuses kept changing: * “Only for today” * “Next stay will be double” * “Talk to Kozyclan” * “Talk to Byko” Kozyclan pretended to be shocked (“How can this happen?”) while passing responsibility like a relay race. Even after complaints, the circus continued — triple sharing → five sharing → triple → five again at Kaza. ❌ OXYGEN CYLINDER LIE – SERIOUS SAFETY ISSUE Here’s the most dangerous part. When we reached Kaza, one traveler fell sick due to altitude issues.
To everyone’s shock, they DID NOT have an oxygen cylinder, despite Kozyclan clearly advertising 24/7 oxygen availability in the app. This is not a “small miss” — this is life-risking negligence.
In a high-altitude region like Spiti, lying about medical safety is completely irresponsible and unacceptable. ❌ ITINERARY = MARKETING FICTION Several places mentioned in the itinerary were skipped because of the sheer laziness and poor coordination of the captains. What’s shown in the app is clearly just for promotion, not reality. 💸 PAY MORE, SUFFER MORE I p -- lunix07, 2026-01-04 ### ***** "Best experience" Maja hi aa gaya, Kozyclann ke saath Ooty ka trip kiya, bada maza aaya. One of the best trip in my life. Thanks Bhushan -- AjayRanwa, 2025-08-29 ### ****- "Kozyclan" KozyClan offers an excellent platform for solo travelers. -- TheCreateMania, 2025-06-10 ### ***** "Trip was way better than I expected!" From the planning to the execution, everything was super well-organized and thoughtfully curated. If you’re looking to meet cool people, travel stress-free, and just have a genuinely great time, I highly recommend joining the next Kozyclan community trip. -- Sush@14, 2025-06-04 [View all Kozyclan reviews and detailed analytics on AppTail](https://app.apptail.io/signup?utm_campaign=ai-crawl&utm_content=reviews) --- ## About AppTail [AppTail](https://apptail.io) is a mobile app intelligence platform providing app analytics, ASO (App Store Optimization) tools, keyword tracking, competitor analysis, revenue estimates, and review monitoring for iOS App Store apps.
