Managing your health just got easier with the Kaiser Permanente Health Ally app, designed for patients enrolled in a diabetes or hypertension Remote Monitoring program. Once enrolled by a KP clinician, use this mobile app to seamlessly share device data with your care team. 

If you aren’t enrolled and think you may qualify to participate, reach out to your care team for information.

• Participate in multiple remote monitoring programs in one application

Can’t click on the agree button after logging in for the first time.  Trying to report to the developer just takes you to the Kaiser website.   Not a good start!

### *---- "This app keeps getting worse with every update"
This app was very helpful when I first got it several years ago. 

Now, with every update, something else breaks. It seems there is no quality control tests before releasing this app. 

When I take my blood reading and write a note to tell what I ate that I think made my blood sugar go exceptionally up or down.  I save it.  Then remember to add a comment. Open it again- the note is gone, disappeared!

Now when I sync the meter with a new reading, it doesn’t allow me to say if the reading was fasting, before or after meal. 

Also, it doesn’t show today’s readings. Only shows the readings BEFORE it was updated. 

I wish I could bring my old program back!!!

Upon updating the app does not work!  So my info will not be sent to my doctor!!  Who did this???  What was wrong with the app without the update or rather downgrade?

After installing the new app it refused to pair, even though the Bluetooth app showed it was connected. HA just showed ‘unable to pair’. Simply horrible.

I’m forced to use this app instead if the app written by the monitor manufacturer and it adds nothing, only takes away. No automatic syncing. No Apple Health integration. 

If you were truly trying to be my Health Ally you’d work with me. But you seem only concerned about locking me in.

The app has worked great until today. It syncs to history but not to the daily part where I can add info like pre or post meals or notes. That’s the most important part of the app for me. I did everything I found on google to reset, but it’s not making a difference.

I thought this app would be great to automatically upload my meter readings to Kaiser, but I went back to my Verio app after one day. KP Health Ally won’t let you have more than one meter linked to it and I use two, one at home and one in my purse for work or anytime I am out and need to check my blood sugar. My Verio app takes the reading from both meters to give a truer picture of my overall readings. Kaiser also says they don’t have a code to give me so my Verio app can upload the info directly to them so I guess I will just have to show my dr my app when I have an appointment .

I think you have locked me out of the software because I use an IPhone7. I am not going to pay $1000 for e nee phone because Kaiser cannot support old software!

8-26-25 I guess no-one looks st these posts. I cannot use the new app because I have an iPhone 7. Any reason I can’t use the old software??????????

Unfortunately my phone does not support this version update and I refuse to update to a new phone just to get bells and whistles. Make a version that’s compatible with all apple phones.
