The lack of support for the app has been reported to Apple as the app should not be on here if it no longer works. Don’t wast your time and money on the camera or the app. -- Anipperess, 2024-12-30 ### *---- "Rubbish. Stay away!" What a rip off! Won’t connect. Won’t update. Camera is almost useless without connectivity. -- zammies2, 2024-11-18 ### *---- "Terrble product" Connectivity is just rubbish, not recommended at all 👎🏼 -- Galegori, 2024-09-28 ### *---- "I'm in same boat" Ya offer all that works we buy dash cams now we can't even use our old cameras I've sent capture few emails this joke why sell sumfin if ya gunna take away the way to use the app not on -- smittyboy1981, 2024-07-08 ### ***** "Kapture 850" Support was really good. Fixed ios problem. Turn to flight mode and make sure choosing correct network in the app. -- DanDog70, 2024-04-16 ### ***** "Still works." Since there is now wifi assist in new update with iOS which allows you to still use your cellular service at the same time. I turned of cellular connection so wifi was only available. Worked. Make sure you change the name of the camera in the app as well. For example came up with KPT850- but had to add the KPT850-51e8a which is what it was in wifi settings when connected. -- Jen_cass, 2024-01-25 ### *---- "NEVER SINCRONIZES" Rubbish app and camera. NEVER BUY A KAPTURE AGAIN. STINKS….. -- CT280857, 2023-11-21 ### ***-- "It can connect" It's November 2023 and i got my iphone to connect. But i had to turn off mobile data while it was connecting, then turn it back on again. Not ideal but it works. I otherwise like this product. -- Wayneartist, 2023-11-03 ### *---- "No phone connection" I have tried on numerous occasions to get this app to connect to my phone. Used to work but then stopped. Have tried uninstalling, forgetting on wi-fi, reinstalling, nothing works. Very disappointing. -- Stupidnicknameconvention, 2023-04-04 ### *---- "Fix the app issue!!" What’s the point of having a dash cam if you can’t access in the app that it requires??? -- Lw92-, 2023-03-15 [View all KPT850 reviews and detailed analytics on AppTail](https://app.apptail.io/signup?utm_campaign=ai-crawl&utm_content=reviews) ## Apps Similar to KPT850 - [i3DPhotoCam](https://apptail.io/app/i3dphotocam-DrV/australia) - [ArtPhoto- 图片艺术特效&热门滤镜](https://apptail.io/app/artphoto-Tadb/australia) - [Scenica Player](https://apptail.io/app/scenica-player-fMnc/australia) - [Pet Photo Saver](https://apptail.io/app/pet-photo-saver-hged/australia) - [OSnap!
