These support agents argued with me back-and-forth over many tickets I submitted when my account was hacked. I lost my account even though I had an FBI case open with an FBI case number they kept insisting that the FBI had to write them up a paper in order for them to lock my account while it was hacked. the FBI have time to do that. It’s not it’s not TV here. This is not TV. The company gave me a hard time that do not place your funds with these people they’re ridiculous.

Dogecoin was sent to a tether wallet which was my fault sure, but the system decided to change the delivery address and send it anyways . If the systems can switch delivery addresses without you typing it , then it’s not dependable . I have screenshots of everything and will pursue legal action if I don’t get a refund . Even if I made the mistake of sending dogecoin to a tether wallet, the Kraken company cannot magically change the wallet to a RANDOM doge wallet . Legal action will be pursued and I have screen shots of everything.
