I can’t even place an order to pick up because every time I type in the address or zip code the app glitches. The typing board stays open and the search bar. It doesn’t let you pick up the place where you wanna order from. And it doesn’t let you do nothing. In iPhone.

Finally I’m able to use Facebook login again. It locked me out of my account for months. It just seems like they don’t care.

All of my orders on the app are not tracking for rewards. I’ve missed on every order I have done through the app. It’s frustrating if I have to write the support team every time an order misses the reward…

Cant deliver to my address?

So slow it’s barely usable. The staff seem like they’re aware that this app exists.

For like a year now I haven’t been able to get into the app. I created and account with my email address and when I go to log in I get the “Uh oh” screen. So I go to reset password and it saves it can’t find my account. So I switch to FB to see if it will let me log in that way, nope same error. So I have no way to use the app because it would let me sign in! I saved my rewards card to my wallet so it’s there and I can use it. I know it’s attached to my email but absolutely no way to get into the app using it. Super frustrating when I want to order for online pick up or see where my rewards are at!

The app is constantly missing different types of doughnuts or has some listed that your location does not have so it’s impossible to order using the app.

I can’t get to the app because my account is tied to Facebook. When it tries to authenticate, I get an error message stating the app isn’t available at this time, and can’t change my login method. So now, I can’t access my rewards, contribute to them or place an order. Come on KK, you’re better than this.

I tried to make an order for in the morning during the night so I could have the donuts delivered to me first thing in the morning in the app won’t seem to take my order. It says doesn’t deliver to where I want it and I’ve had it delivered from you guys. Lots of times I don’t know why it doesn’t work at night so I can set it up for in the morning, why don’t you guys fix that’ll

Rewards for freebies redirect to a webpage that has no barcode. Krispy Kreme locations then say they can’t provide the rewards without a bar code and that the account bar code does not have any rewards attached even tho you have an email saying you have a reward.
