Can’t log in

I can log in on the website but not on the app

Broken

Can login to website. Can’t login to app. Something is broken.

The app is broken

I try to use the app to login and ur wouldn’t let me login i did my password correct and it wouldn’t let me log in

Nothing is working!

I’m unable to log in on the app, I tried resetting password and no email arrived. I then tried the website and that isn’t working either, so tried deleting and reinstalling, but still unable to log in

Very good loyalty scheme, but poor app

The reward scheme and the layout of the app is really good, however the app is always full of bugs (specially during login) and sometimes it crashes. I’m always scared that it won’t work every time I get to the shop.

Doesn’t work properly

App never lets me log in, when I fill in my details and press the login button it just empties the fields and won’t log me in I know my login details are right as they work online but you can’t add smiles on the website and need to have the app I tried deleting and reinstalling but it hasn’t helped

This app keeps crushing!

Just downloaded this app a week ago and it keeps freezing and crushing!

I am having trouble with my app as I cannot log in. And i used to be able too.

Annoying app

I’ve registered my details several times trying to retrieve my free birthday donut but it keeps saying I need to verify my account with no verification email to follow up. As a result I’m going to potentially waste my time going to the store 4 miles away to have this discussed with a staff member and hopefully receive my free prize. There’s definitely an issue with the app.

Would not let me log in i pit in a valid uk number and it didnt work please fix bugs
