إنطلقنا في منتصف عام 2018 ، منصة كروة اليوم هي المنصة الرائدة في قطاع تأجير السيارات بالمملكة العربية السعودية، وذلك لوجود مميزات استثنائية وخيارات متعددة لعملائنا. حيث نقوم بتقديم خدمات حصرية لعملائنا لدى أكثر من 600 مكتب تأجير، وأكثر من 55,000 سيارة متاحة على منصتنا ، نتواجد في 45 مدينة ومطار في جميع أنحاء المملكة العربية السعودية.
نعمل في منصة كروة على ربط حلفائنا بعملائنا للحصول على تجربة تأجيرأكثر سهولة وسلاسة .

اسوء تطبيق ولا انصح به

لايووجد مصداقيه

خدمات مميزة و موظفين ودودين و أمينين

تمت تجربة التطبيق جميل جدا ، تحجز عن طريق التطبيق و يستقبلك الموظف في المطار تمشي معاه الى اقرب محطة تشيك على السيارة و هو يرجع المكتب. كذلك الموظفين ودودين جدا و أمناء خصوصا السيد مجذوب محمد صالح اتمنى مكافأته على امانته. سوف نعيد التجربة ان شاء الله و أوصي بتجربة التطبيق.

تطبيق لا يحترام اوقات العملا

لايتم التعرف على الموقع مع العلم تم الاستئجار اكثر من مره

نأمل حل الموضوع بشكل عاجل حيث لايمكن التعرف على الموقع من خريطة التطبيق

اسوء تطبيق للاسف و اسوء تجربة عملاء حقيقي ما انصح احد يحمله في تطبيقات افضل منهم بكثير و في حال طلبت تعويض لاي مشكلة ماراح تلقى مو عارفين كيف يتصرفون و عند البحث ستجد مشاكل و تعلقات سيئة على هالتطبيق

دفعت وعملت استمارة استرجاع قبل ثلاث ايام والى الان ما رجعوا لي شي

Bad communication

I call many times no one answering. I tried to reach the branch in Al-Hasa. I contact on WhatsApp they are not answering. They see my message. They read my messages but no answering.
