Search no longer works. Happens way too often.

I like the app mostly, however please address these issues: - In the shopping list, produce items show up under several different produce groups, and not listed together. - The item checkboxes on the shopping list are difficult to tap without missing. Increase the checkbox size, or at least the size of the touch target. - The app constantly goes to the “How are you shopping today?” screen when you switch to another app then back, or when the phone screen turns off and is turned back on. — This is especially frustrating when using a shopping list, as it’s then another 3 taps to return to the list each time. - The “how to shop” selection should persist at least until the app is closed or the user intentionally goes to that screen to change it. Thank you.

I don’t know if I’ve ever reviewed an app but today I felt I need to. Overall, the app is fine. When planning your trip in looking at the sales be certain to select the store you will be shopping in as the sales do change from one store to another. that’s reasonable given logistics of storage, etc. I live in Chicago and the sales in one store can be different from another store 2 miles away. Not an issue for me. BUT - READ ALL THE DETAILS when you select an item that is saying it is on sale. You may need to submit a purchase receipt and mail it to a place to get $1.50 back. That is discovered only after going three layers deep into the description. AND - REVIEW YOUR RECEIPT BEFORE LEAVING THE STORE. Yeah, I bring a “cold pack” bag because I know I will spend time checking how items rang up. For example, I grab something off an endcap that showed a for sale and it did not ring up. I had to spend several minutes waiting at the service desk to get a refund because I was charged full price. The store in the New City location was gracious and apologetic. The store on Webster, acted like I was shoplifting. TURN OFF DELIVERY AND PICK UP COUPONS DISPLAYING IN THE APP IF YOU TYPICALLY SHOP IN THE STORE. it will save aggravation as well, as cleans up the number of coupons on screen. This features found in the settings.

If I could give this app’s latest update negative stars I would. I do most of my grocery shopping through the app and Kroger pickup. Since the update, just creating my pickup list is a NIGHTMARE. What used to take minutes, now takes upwards of a half hour or more. This is due to a lag time every time an item is added and then additional lag when you increase the number of that item from beyond 1 unit. The reason seems to be the app is updating the total price as I add items, but it accomplished this before without this ungodly lag. Also, the latest update has messed with the search function. If I type in a brand specific item, you’d think that item would be the first thing that pops up right? Oh no, not with this update. Now it’s let’s show you other brands or even things you didn’t ask for in the top results. I am very frustrated. This app was perfectly fine until recently and now it is annoying!

I’m trying to finish checking out for a pickup order on the app and when I get to the payment part at the end it won’t let me add my EBT card. It only wants to let me add a debit or credit card. This is my first time trying to place a pickup order with this store, so I’m really not satisfied.

Do you have his substantially worse on the latest update in performance.

It’s like every time I open this app I have to update. There’s no work around if I just need to do something quick. Super annoying especially since I usually drive 30 more minutes to go to a better grocery store and this is supposed to be my desperate but convenient decision

I don’t know what you all did with the latest update but it is awful! Please fix!

Kroger app drops out in middle of shopping and list goes to zero items. Back of store has intermittent connectivity. Digital coupons almost impossible to use. (I have one of latest and greatest iPhones, it’s not me). We have to print out list every time. When printed, it automatically goes large print which leaves the actual name and important info off the list. App can be hard to use and not always accurate with respect to stock. Too many notifications. If I had my way, they would still be sending print flyers. Best way to avoid all this is go to a different store. Walmart has better produce.

No, I do not want to provide feedback on the app when it pops up while I’m shopping and in a hurry. Duh duh duh. Random pop-ups asking for feedback is stupid and needs to check the GPS location and make sure you’re not at a store and in a home. What? am I supposed to stop in the middle of the aisle where there is cart traffic in the store to stand there and provide happy feedback? 🤷‍♂️🤷‍♂️🤷‍♂️🤦‍♂️💡🧠
