Great bank to use
I’ve had a number of bank accounts but found that Kroo is particularly good to use and I like how intuitive the app is Really good security with checks on money transfers and v quick responses

INTEREST FOR YOU

AER means annual equivalent rate. It shows you the yearly rate if we paid interest on top of interest. Gross interest is the contractual rate of interest.
KROO PERSONAL LOANS
Kroo loans are now available through the app. Applications for a loan are by invitation only for Kroo current account holders.
The loan repayment periods are from 12 to 60 months, with a Maximum Annual Percentage Rate (APR) of 23.6%
A representative example is £5,000.00 over 5 years, with APR (fixed) of 8.2%. This would have 60 monthly repayments of £101.16. The total repayment would be £6,069.60, and the cost of credit would be £1,069.60

Great Bank with a Great App
I’ve been using Kroo as my main bank account for a while. Great app, great customer service and great interest on current account balances!
Poor customer service
My account got restricted and my money is in the account and I was not able to pay for my car insurance or even go food shopping for my house, I sent all requested documents eg, where money was coming from and reasons why I assist few of my friends 🤨, and it’s going a week now and no response and nothing, its even worse because you can contact by phone due to no phone number, this is terrible and not good, I have not paid for my car insurance and I’m afraid because I have gotten notice that they will cancel it within 7 days
