Customer service
The worst UK bank , they have blocked my card and asked some information about some transactions, i have sent all the information and still waiting almost more than 90days and there is no any update and also i asked to close my account and refund money back but they are not answering neither in the chat and app chat and not in an email
Cannot log in
I have been attempting to log in all day but a message pops up saying I must check internet connection. My internet connection has no issues nor does my unlimited 5g mobile data have any issues. Is there a bug?

They will steal your money
Don’t I’m in dispute and complains with them for over a year they don’t answer any of the complaints, once I put enough money in to account they restricted my account and no resolution still
