I found this a little intrusive Then when I lost my phone number and email address it was neigh on impossible to get it sobered out. In the end 3 weeks later and luckily I had to acquire a duplicate phone number. I’m not happy with the customer service regarding this matter. Kroo really needs to work on the issue of lost number and emails better. And quicker. I managed to get into my account but because of the hassle and stress I’m afraid I will close my account for now. Incidentally, when you close your account it’s their policy to not allow you another. When I reported this on the online chat,they don’t seem to be too bothered and just say you didn’t have money that was actually taken and then said we’ll close it and send a replacement card Please if your considering using this card I’d think again…..I closed my account with them as of today 17/10/24….and gone with hsbc as at least they’re better than kroo!!
