KrowD Mobile App

the app has been broken for the last couple months. it won't let me log in and just immediately says request timed out. ive deleted it and redownloaded it (from the website because it won't even show up on the app store) but it does nothing. please fix this is so ANNOYING

I would rather use dial up than this joke of an app. Save yourself the headache and just use the normal web browser.

Krowd only work when your Face ID works and you never know the facial recognition is suddenly going to stop working. I’m constantly having to change my password and it always tells me I’m wrong. I hate that my job uses this app. I would give it 0 stage

every time the app gets updated it gets worse. cant rest password tried for three days. im tired of have to rest password every four months the original was great super easy to navigate i wish i could give zero stars

This app is so good that every time i open it, it makes me smile

Is there support for this app? I can’t find it anywhere. I can no longer see or respond to messages in the server group chat. Please fix!

The way the schedule is laid out is so inconvenient to read. It’s annoying yet understandable Darden wouldn’t want to pay a third party app for their scheduling anymore… at least take notes from other apps like HotSchedules and have a similarly simple scheduling system.

I can’t even form a group chat on the KrowD website now? I was fine with that but now I don’t have a way to group message fellow servers about picking up or dropping shifts. Made KrowD as a whole, harder to use.

Quite literally the worst restaurant app I’ve ever had to use, everything is buggy, never works, always logs me out, “updates” every other day that don’t work. I could keep going but I rather just quit my job.

Not even with this last update I was able to create servers group message, not at all, what’s going on? And many of my coworkers got locked out from their own account.
