My order was suppose to ship in 4 to 7 business days. After waiting three weeks with no communication, I emailed the company. I received a very rude voice message email. I asked for a refund and miraculously my order was shipped that day. I will receive my order the day before Christmas with no opportunity to wear my clothes. I will not be ordering from this company again. There are plenty of other boutiques with cute clothes and excellent customer service. -- Disappointed Holiday Shopper, 2024-12-17 ### *---- "Seem to be a scam" I placed my order on June 7th 2024. Order showed on a packing manifest scanned in at the post office on June 17Th. Package was never scanned only the manifest. I still have no package and it’s July 1st I’ve emailed 3 times and can’t get a response. Next step is to turn them in for credit card fraud. -- iidhd, 2024-07-02 ### ***-- "Pre orders" Love her jewelry, but never never do a pre-order. Still waiting on mine, it was supposed to be done in 3-5 weeks, we are now on week 13! When asked for update they tell me no update. Asked for credit back on my card, was told they could only do store credit . -- S F Combs, 2023-12-28 ### *---- "Still waiting" Only received part of my order, but was charged for all items. Tried reaching out and have not heard from anyone. Really disappointed and won’t be buying from this boutique again sadly. -- not impressed x10, 2023-01-03 ### *---- "Missing item" I reached out to customer service about a clothing item missing from my order and customer service just kept providing me with the tracking number. I emailed back explaining yes a package was delivered with one of my items, however it was missing the southwest shacket that I paid for. Cheri in customer service just stopped replying back to my emails. I paid for an item that I never received. -- emi.ansel, 2022-12-28 ### ***** "Lovely Boutique!" I’ve been a customer of KKB for about 2 years now. I absolutely love them. They are nice and generous people who truly care about their customers. Shipping is fast. If there are ever any issues or delays (which is very rare) Kristyn is open, honest, and apologetic. They love giving back to their customers and frequently run sales and cash back lives. Lastly their products are amazing quality. I get compliments whenever I wear my KKB jewelry, aka Kandy! 😊 Shop here, you will love it! -- ssamocki, 2022-06-20 ### ***** "Amazing boutique" This boutique has so many styles of clothing and the most amazing jewelry. Plus they have home decor, accessories, makeup, skin care products etc…. The owner is very humble and sweet. And her staff are amazing. Great customer service. One of my favorite boutiques to buy from. -- Tonystheonly, 2022-06-19 ### ***** "Wonderful" I have been a Krush Kandy customer for years. I absolutely love them. Always striving to resolve any customer service issues fast and friendly, always make any oopsie right with either store credit or an apology. Kristyn, (Owner of KKB) has hands down the best and beautiful quality gemstone jewelry in the boutique world, and always below retail! She offers beautiful and unique handbags, trendy clothing and her exclusive jewelry, have I mentioned the jewelry?!?!?! They will not disappoint 🤩 hope you join the KKB family and community of wonderful women!!! -- MrzLamey, 2022-06-16 ### ***** "Great shopping experience" I am a customer and the products are very good quality.
