## KSAT 12 News Reviews in United States

### *---- "Can’t even use app"
Ads popping up every 30 seconds make this app unbearable to use. Use kabb fox 29 instead.
-- MattDoesntCare, 2024-12-18

### *---- "Adds"
This app has got more ads and pop-up ads than any other news app I’ve seen they have gone so downhill I’ve deleted both news and Weather
-- DD Vanderbilt, 2024-11-02

### ***-- "Hate that my music stops when I open the app"
And the app forces play on videos I don’t even want
-- NCJ516, 2024-10-30

### ***-- "Great app. Lawyer add are horrendous."
Excellent app. I use it everyday. But they lawyer ad has got to go. It’s very annoying and for some reason messes with my music when I open the app. I will update this review once that lawyer add is over with.
-- Pvt. Snowballs, 2024-10-16

### **--- "Too many ads"
This was my go to app and station for San Antonio news now it is nothing more than an advertising platform with useless content. Deleting.
-- Won't pay for apps, 2024-08-22

### *---- "App unusable and horrible to find actual news"
The updates to this app and format have rendered it useless. I am deleting KSAT and switching to a different news outlet app. I frequently get news alerts, but when I click on them, the article doesn’t appear. The videos start playing automatically and sometimes continue in the background even when I try to close them.
-- UT Scuba Girl, 2024-08-15

### *---- "Weather App"
I’ve tried to be patient and give this new weather app a chance, but I hate it. This is the worst it has ever been. I cannot stand all the color on the map that shows where the temperatures are hot, where all the flooding is occurring. It looks awful and it’s very distracting. I’ll look and see if there’s some setting. I can choose that removes all that but I haven’t seen it yet so if there’s not a way to take it off then there’s no redemption for the weather app. Put it back the way it was, please!
-- hsparent55, 2024-08-09

### ***** "New KSAT app 👎🏼"
This app has more advertising than information.
When viewing items on apps, one wants simple facts. Your previous one was perfect!!!👍🏼 . Now the white background is hard on the eyes, the big bold ads (Justin’s pictures, BOLD Hurricane ads, BIG KSAT Connect, etc) takes up space, and all we need is simple information, like your previous one. It was easy to navigate. If it “ain’t “ broken, why mess with it?
Thank you.
-- sephoric, 2024-06-20

### *---- "It’s Not Live News Expect More"
I have emailed and called about the reruns continuously being played on the “Live” news option on the app, which can be very confusing when listening to old news, old traffic updates and old weather updates.

Please do better, because we expect more with KSAT 12.

Return calls and emails, please
-- M*J*G*, 2024-05-17

### **--- "It was good until recent update"
Can we please get a way to disable that auto live play? I have looked all over the app and don’t see a way to turn it off. All I see is to auto play on wif but I’m not even connected to wifi but it still starts to play automatically. Please fix
-- Gangster Stick, 2024-03-11
