## KSL+ Reviews in United States

### *---- "So buggy and does not work"
When I want to watch previous broadcast of a new cast it doesn’t work. It keep showing the commercials over and over again. This has been happening for over a month. I have tried deleting the app and reinstalling it and the same thing keep happening. It’s to the point that I have permanently deleting it from my Apple TV and phone.
-- Artherious87, 2025-01-05

### ***-- "Not Streaming the whole program."
Only streams live programming for 30 minutes, then switches to fm 100.
I’ve tried different devices & updating the app. Still the same polemic. 🤨
-- JonesGma, 2024-12-12

### **--- "Slow to load articles"
This app is very, very slow to load articles that you select, to the point of being painful at times. Becoming bigger is not always better, the old app was superior in this regard.
-- Mac67890123, 2024-08-15

### *---- "Horrible"
Needs a lot of work. Way to much “forced advertising”. Portrait mode and landscape mode are hard to work with. Help!
Update: I contacted KSL via email re: app won’t rotate. They replied..be patient. I finally after boo coo time, lost patients, and deleted the app! GOOD GRIEF! 3.5 ratings are proof!
-- binfocus, 2024-03-06

### *---- "Pop up stories"
Great concept but stories pop-up on your Lock Screen that are interesting. When you click on the story, the app opens and cannot find the story. Frustrating enough that I deleted the app.
-- kaks2106, 2023-08-23

### **--- "Version 6.1"
I have to delete it and down load it again in order for it to open to more than a black screen. Trouble getting it to rotate. One I go through all the hoops, it works fine…….until next time.
-- AppnUser K, 2023-03-14

### **--- "Two big problems"
The app constantly asks me if I love it. If I say no it wants me to talk to support. If I say yes it takes me to the store to leave a review. If I wanted to leave a review I would.

Secondly, many times I click on the notification of a story I am interested in and it does not get me all the way to the story. Sometimes it is the app asking if I love it like a needy date. Other times it just doesn’t go anywhere. I think it might be if I have it open already.

It works okay when you can get to what you want. Just don’t count on it.

### ***-- "Good when it works"
I love the app…. when it works! But it is frequently buggy. It will repeat things mid broadcast so you have the watch a bunch over again. This is especially true on the Apple TV app of KSL TV. I live KSL and when this happens I usually switch to Fox 13 which I don’t like as much.
-- Djgth4, 2022-11-03

### ***-- "RSL stream quality poor"
I love being able to stream RSL games for free is awesome but the stream quality is pretty terrible. Feels like 540p on my tv, I can barely identify the players. It does look ok on a small screen like a phone, but pretty bad on a large television
-- Topher03123, 2022-03-26

### *---- "Absolutely Horrendous"
KSL needs to fire whoever is in charge of technology and innovation. Their website, their apps, everything they put out there is complete garbage. Deleted.
