E2004 에러가 계속계속 뜬다구요..
업데이트했는데도 계속 그래요
3사 스피커중 가장쓰래기
어플도 쓰래기 + 기계도 쓰래기 음소거 시키고나서 빨간불 들어오는 led 못끄는거 좀 레전드네
로그인 문제 해결 부탁드려요
기가지니 앱 로그인을 애플로 해놓아서 들어갈때마다 일정기간동안 로그인하지 않아 sns 계정 자동 로그아웃, 다시 로그인 하세요 가 뜹니다. 그래서 다시 로그인을 해도 계속 일정기간 로그인 안내문구만 뜨고 6번정도는 시도 후 앱 다시 들어가기를 반복해야 로그인이 되거나 아예 안됩니다. 기가지니 잘 사용하고 있었는데 자꾸 이런 오류 때문에 10분이상을 날리네요 해결 부탁드립니다
어플켜면 계속 튕김
어제부터 어플켜면 계속 튕겨요. 또한 기가지니어플로 지니뮤직 재생시 음악이 안나오고 먹통인 경우가 종종 있어요. 해결좀 해주세요.
앱개선요청
앱진입파지마지 꺼짐. 앱삭제후 재다운로드 후 실행하면 꺼짐현상없음. 다시 앱 진입하면 또 꺼짐. 3일 내내 같은 현상 진짜 최악
튕겨요
요즘 앱 접속하면 계속 튕겨요 앱에서 음량조절도 하고 이것저것 했는데.. 아이폰13미니요 ㅠ 삭제하고 다시 설치해도 이래요
