## KTBS 3 Reviews in United States

### **--- "There’s No Search Option"
Don’t accidentally click out of something you’re reading because you won’t be able to find it again, because there’s no search option. I had to search for it in my phone’s browser and then click on the story that way. I’d give it 5 stars if it had a search option within the app.
-- Brandy Habla, 2025-05-05

### *---- "Layout"
Don’t like the new KTBS plus streaming layout
-- Jbmcguire01, 2024-12-12

### *---- "New site"
I do not like the new web site. I liked the other one better.
-- Bearkat70, 2024-12-04

### **--- "“New” app"
I totally dislike the new look of the app. I also find the new app hard to navigate versus the first time I opened and used the old app. This new app gives an appearance of easier access, however, I have not been able to get it to allow me to see what I want. 👎 😖 😞 I have not had access to a working TV for more than 8 years and use the KTBS app to stay informed. Also when I am traveling I like to watch my local news and watch the evening newscasts. KTBS is in my opinion a great station with great people on staff. I find y’all to be in my opinion an exceptional news source. I’ll figure it out sooner or later however, it’s been a pain in the neck.
-- Debra Rogers, 2024-12-03

### ***-- "News notifications"
When I get a notification and click on the notification banner, it goes to another screen that requires me to HUNT for the notification instead of going directly to the notification
-- Times Reader 77, 2024-12-02

### *---- "I can’t delete this app 😡😡"
How do I delete the app??????
-- Thisisa bunch of crap, 2024-08-29

### *---- "Need to fix your technical issues!!"
Keep having to delete the app and re download it to even get the app to open up. Works for a day then I have to do the same thing over and over
-- Paige2097, 2023-10-02

### *---- "KTBS3 App Poor!"
Constantly crashes upon opening!
-- Towngirl2, 2020-06-30

### ***** "Ruston Strong"
Always up to date on what is going on.
-- ThankuRustonect, 2019-05-04

### **--- "Not so good"
I don’t need to see the same story repeated several times as I scroll down. Don’t need videos that begin with an ad.
