0/5, teruk sgt klau dah delay train dari p. klang ke tanjung malim. Please la delaykan jugak train dari baru cave ke pulau sebang. Penat tau mengharap dpt sampai tempat lst last kene tunggu sejam juga ! Tunjuk masa kemain dlm apps mcm boleh kejar train sekali delay macm hampeh pastu train yg kita nak kejar on time. Stress.

The KTM QR scanning system is absolutely terrible. I hadn’t even arrived at my destination yet, but when I tried to re-enter the gate, it wouldn’t let me through. The system doesn’t seem to account for situations where passengers need to re-enter due to unforeseen circumstances, leaving me stuck and wasting valuable time. This shows how poorly managed and inflexible the system is. Such issues shouldn’t happen with modern public transport systems, and it’s frustrating for commuters who rely on KTM daily. Serious improvements are needed to make this system functional and commuter-friendly.

apps crash. n causing headaches during booking ticket, checking railtime journey, checking in-out. cant open with ease

The timetable is not accurate

Kena beli ticket biasa. Dah laa last seat. Kad OKU buat hiasan je laa nak beli tiket OKU pun takleh. Haih. Apps keep asking me to choose ticket type tapi dah option oku je available. Saya sendiri ada kad oku pun tak boleh jugak. Apa masalah?

ive registered before using my ic number but then i cant relogin , can’t use facebook, google, apple id etc. WASTING TIME
