VIN not found

The app refuses to find my app. I keep getting the error - “VIN not found”.

A money making scam by KTM

It is disgusting to see such a large manufacturer resort to these cheap tactics. I purchased the previous KTM My Ride app and it was replaced by KTM connect and it asks me to subscribe again. The original amount is not refunded. The new app is buggy and does not fetch data from old record. Wonder where KTM is going with this!

maps out of date

please update your maps in app, there very outdated . and option to use maps of choice instead have to download each region .

Bluetooth connectivity issue

Its not showing bluetooth paring option in the app because of that i am not able to connect the app with my bike. Please fix ASAP

Navigation not working

Hello Developers, I am getting the error” Your bike will not be able to show any NAVIGATION instructions on your dashboard. Your bike only possesses app-only NAVIGATION support.”. However my bike has navigation feature

Bluetooth Access Issue

The App is not Accessing bluetooth so it is not connecting to my Bike which means i cannot turn of maps please fix this ASAP

Need some improve on maps.

I’ll just suggest the team to update maps and adding some option to manually choose the location on maps and get navigate and also add the stop function for multiple location. Indian maps you can update with mapple map my India those are batter than google maps.
