Omo Kuda your bank is wack ..the most stupid bank I’ve ever used in my life I can’t transfer since 2days now and I can’t even sign out Your system is so slow and frustrating…I think I would leave there and please no one should use this bank again

Terrible customer service

Very Terrible customer service, you never seem to get them on the phone or Via instant chat when you are in dire need. Never responds to emails too. I wonder if my money is safe with them

Please I would like to know when you will be adding Canada so I can get my confirmation code has I need it to set up the account

Bought gift card you guys haven’t given me my gift card yet the heck ..already reported to the customer service they are not getting back to me anyways

Useless Bank

They set you up and use police or Efcc to harass you. Boycott!

Nice bank with awesome packages and services.

I have no issues since I opened an account with this bank. When a transfer fails, the money involved is always reversed automatically within minutes. Never tried the customer services, hope I won’t also have any issues contacting them when the need arises.

Keeps crashing after opening

This new update keeps crashing after I place my finger for fingerprint please resolve 😕
