I’ve been having issue with using my Face ID to run my transactions, everytime I activate it and I try to login again it deactivates by itself also I no longer get credit or debit alerts anymore please fix it. It’s making transactions stressful for me

You guys should reverse back my money what’s all this rubbish?

You debited me without giving me my airtime!!

I tried getting airtime on the app, and I was debited but didn’t receive my airtime. What so ever you guys are playing at, y’all should fix it because this is just nonsense 😡🤬

No customer support of any sort

I would honestly not advise anyone to join this bank, any issue you have you’ll contact Kuda everywhere there is going to be literally no reply of any sort. No customer support, nothing at all So unreliable, I would’ve rated you 0 stars if that’s possible, just unblock my account so I can remove my money and delete your app please

Acct Issues

I have been using kuda for approximately 4 years now and through all the issues they’ve been having I decided to stick around but the recent issue I have with them has shown me that they have no genuine desire to be a good bank, there’s virtually no customer care service so you can imagine how solving issues will be, if you value your money stay away from kuda, as soon as I get this issue resolved i’m leaving too.

Very unreliable

It so bad I can’t recommend Kuda to a friend, very unstable… Always having downtimes, many times I’ve been embarrassed because Kuda app refused to open or make a transfer… It’s really that terrible and unreliable…
