## KUKA MixedReality Assistant Description
Schnelle Roboterinbetriebnahme mithilfe von Augmented Reality (AR): Sie verbindet die reale mit der virtuellen Welt und reichert so die Umgebung der Roboterzelle anschaulich und unkompliziert mit digitalen Informationen an. Dadurch wird nicht nur die Installation beschleunigt, die Arbeit mit dem Roboter wird zudem sicherer, da Fehler schnell erkannt und behoben werden können.


Mithilfe der Software kann eine erstelle Sicherheitskonfiguration auf einen Blick begutachtet und überprüft werden. Direkt am Roboter werden alle relevanten Daten grafisch in Echtzeit dargestellt: Überwachungsräume, sicherheitsgerichtete Werkzeuge sowie der Zellbereich. Auch die Anzeige der entsprechenden Konfigurationsparameter der Räume oder Werkzeuge ist möglich. Zudem können Bewegungen mit einem virtuellen Roboter und Werkzeug simuliert werden. Dadurch können potenzielle Kollisionen erkannt werden, ohne den echten Roboter bewegen zu müssen. Mit dem integrierten Demo-Modus lassen sich die Funktionen auch ohne realen Roboter ausprobieren.


Die App lässt sich einfach einrichten und bedienen: Nach der Installation auf das iPhone oder iPad werden alle relevanten Roboterdaten über einen Router oder Accesspoint (kein KUKA Produkt) per WLAN direkt von der Steuerung an das mobile Endgerät gesendet und dort visuell dargestellt. Dazu wird das Technologiepaket KUKA.MixedReality Safe eingesetzt, das auf der Robotersteuerung installiert wird. Zur Verwendung der Safe Funktionen muss zusätzlich das KUKA.SafeOperation Technologiepaket installiert sein.
