I recently used the Khulud Pharmacy app to purchase prescribed medication. The process of uploading the prescription paper was straightforward, and the app promised delivery within two hours.

Shortly after placing my order, I received a call from a pharmacy representative who was concerned about whether I actually had the physical prescription. I explained that I had uploaded the prescription image and also had the original paper with me. However, I was informed that they could not proceed with the delivery until a certified pharmacist personally verified the prescription’s authenticity. Unfortunately, this verification could only be done during limited working hours—starting around 9 AM—meaning late-night deliveries for such prescriptions were not possible.

While I appreciate the pharmacy’s diligence in complying with medical regulations, I strongly believe this limitation should have been made clear before payment was completed. Transparency around delivery timelines and prescription verification requirements would help manage expectations, especially when dealing with time-sensitive medications.

Dissatisfied with my recent experience using kulud pharmacy’s application for ordering and delivery services especially that I’m a loyal customer. Unfortunately, the process was fraught with several issues that left me deeply disappointed. Firstly, I experienced significant delays with the delivery. While the estimated delivery time was stated to be around one to one and a half hours (by 10pm), the delivery team called me at 1 am. and then again at 3 am. This was highly inconvenient, especially considering that I needed to wake up early for work. Additionally, when I initially attempted to place my order, the desired item was out of stock. I requested an alternative and expected the stock to be replenished. Shortly after I placed the order, the item became available again, and the application reflected this. However, when the delivery arrived the next day, I received the original item, not the alternative I had requested. Throughout this process, I received conflicting information from customer service representative. At first, I was told that I could exchange the product without any additional charges. Later, I was informed that if I wanted to exchange it, I would need to pay the full price, not the promotional price that was initially applied. This inconsistency and lack of clarity were very frustrating.
Note: I would like to acknowledge that the customer service representative was polite and genuinely tried his best to assist me and arrange the exchange. However, after checking with the pharmacy, he informed me that it was not possible. I appreciate his efforts.

خدمة العملاء اتصلت لهم ٣ ساعات متواصله ولا احد يرد علي

Delayed delivery. I tried to contact them on their mobile app where I ordered online. The agent is not responding. I tried to chat the pharmacist but the send button of their app is not working. There’s no way you can contact anyone from their shop to check the status of your order.
