Apps is lagging
Frequently updated and at end, apps is lagging. High demands on peak hours and they knew but not improve at all.
No customer service at all
Very useless at peak time, No customer service at all if you ever wanted to complain, their system doesnot work and is very sluggish It shows u 10 minutes when u book then suddenly 40 minutes, if u cancel u get penalty
Honest review
This app user interface is lagging and have a lot of delay, besides the driver is rude and scolding people and shooting at customer, although is cheap transport compare to others but the waiting time is long (1 hour)

hope u can increase the can capacity at the peak hours. Depending at only one van is not sufficient to cater the demand. thanks
Super slow
The first 2 bookings were smooth. Then right after I bought their coins, the pick up time started getting from 30 mins to 1:30hrs, in the evening cannot even use it. And the last time the driver stayed in front of a condominium for 10 minutes without moving at all. They should improve their seevice.
