The KUPA name is now synonymous with high-quality electric nail filing equipment. Kupa is devoted to producing quality products to nails salons everywhere.

KUPA has implemented a four-point plan to develop several proprietary products:

1. Middle-Market Electric Nail File Machine. The MANIPro Original® was developed to be a middle-market product in the KUPA product line. It brings to manicure tables the basic features expected from a KUPA product without additional costs. Superior-Grade Carbide Bits. When the nail industry needed high-quality and competitively priced bits to use with electric nail files, KUPA initiated the use of Precision Carbide Bits. Many of the industry’s current carbide designs were developed by KUPA.

2. The Newest E-File. At present Kupa offers an extensive line of E-Files for every level of nail technician. The newest model is the Portable MANIPro Passport® with the “first ever Acetone Resistant Control Box”. Nail Professionals everywhere have spoken and have voted the MANIPro Passport® the #1 electric nail file for nail professionals by readers in both the Nails Magazine Readers Choice Awards and NailPro Magazine Awards.

3. Professional Enhancement Line. A complete collection of nail enhancement products – Artfinity (Nail Embellishments), Divinity (Acrylic Nail Extension Products), Gelfinity (Hard Gel Nail Extension Products) and Dipfinity (Dipping Products) are KUPA’s exciting newly created product lines. We aim to fill the void left by dealers that are not authorized retailers of Creative Nail Design or OPI products.

KUPA will continue to create and launch proprietary products that meet the needs of nail technicians. Future products will incorporate technology from within and outside of the nail industry to make the nail technician’s life more convenient, portable, safe and cost-effective. Over the next few years, KUPA will also be developing electronic articles and guides to help nail technicians improve their business as well as their nail-filing skills.

Easy to navigate, all the info is right at my fingertips, videos, tools, ordering fast and easy ❤️

Odorless monomer does not dry.

I ordered two 32oz bottles of the odorless monomer and although it is good on the odorless part, it just does not dry. It just stays a gooey texture. They should work in they’re formula. The product is no good if it can’t do it’s job.

Customer service is so bad.

I can’t believe in myself that the company that i have trusted so much in 20 years that have really bad customer service. Also, take forever to return the money back for the returned items.

I purchased a mani pro passport kit. After several uses something went wrong. I tried for a loooonnnnggggg time contacting Kupa and was not successful at it. My E-mails were not being responded and phone calls were not being answered, I’ll blame the pandemic...I left a voicemail for Linda. Linda responded within 15 minutes, did a follow-up, found my returned item and promised I would get my item back within 5 days. If not for Linda all credibility for Kupa Inc. would have been lost on my behalf. Thank you Linda for being so polite and efficient. My product came back and for the time being is working well.

Bad customer services

I have ordered three times from Kupa, this time so bad , I guess it shows how is the company is , it has been a month and my order disappeared, I try to contact their customer service, never respond, I want my money back seriously , never shop again

I love KUPA, the app doesn’t like me

Kupa products are amazing. But the app and I have a love hate. I get everything ordered and in my cart, I go to pay and poof all is gone. Disappears, kicked me straight outta KUPA app. Help!
