## KURE Description
Retrain the patterns shaping your mind, body, and habits.
Most of what runs your life isn't a choice — it's a pattern. The 3pm sugar craving. The thought spiral before sleep. The flinch before you speak up. The reach for your phone, the doubt before the gym, the apology you didn't owe.
These patterns live below willpower. That's why discipline rarely fixes them. KURE works at the layer where they actually live — through guided hypnosis designed to rewire the loops that keep replaying.

How it works.
You put on headphones, get comfortable, and listen. That's it. Each session guides you into a focused, relaxed state where your mind is open to new patterns — and then plants them, gently, on repeat. Over time, the old loop loses pull. The new one starts to feel familiar.

What KURE can help you retrain:
• Cravings and emotional eating
• Anxiety, overthinking, racing thoughts
• Sleep that won't come or won't stay
• Confidence, self-talk, social fear
• Procrastination and avoidance loops
• Smoking, drinking, screen habits
• Stress that lives in your body
• Focus, motivation, follow-through

Why hypnosis — and why now.
Hypnosis isn't theatre. It's a clinically studied state of focused attention, used for decades to help people change habits, manage pain, sleep better, and quiet anxiety. KURE brings that same approach into a daily practice you can do from your couch — no clinic, no clock, no pressure.

What's inside:
• Guided pathways tailored to each focus area
• Core sessions, 10 to 30 minutes
• Booster sessions to deepen the work
• Sleep hypnosis tracks that keep working overnight
• Daily affirmations to carry the shift into the day
• Daily check-ins so you can see what's changing
• Sobriety counters for habits you're leaving behind
• Offline listening for travel, flights, and dead zones
• Light mode for daytime use

Built for repeated listening. Patterns formed over years don't dissolve in one session. KURE is designed for the long game — short enough to actually do daily, deep enough to actually work.
Put the headphones in. Let the pattern change.

## KURE Reviews in United States

### *---- "No one responds back if help is requested"
…so don’t have any hopes
-- KirinSunshine, 2025-01-14

### *---- "Issues with App"
Issues with the App
-- BuzyBee3, 2025-01-14

### *---- "Buyer beware!"
App is useless! And the worst scam. I got a month trial for $25 then they auto subscribed for double the amount. I cancelled the very same day of renewal and they refused to refund $53 for 3 months
-- Chicanyc, 2025-01-11

### *---- "Subscription Cancellation"
I have already sent an email in regards to the cancellation of my subscription. You all are still trying to charge my account. This so frustrating. Please stop.
-- Shakara37, 2025-01-10

### *---- "Beware"
This is not worth it. On top of it barely working, once you delete your account according to their instructions, they continue to charge you. Make it difficult to cancel and is a scam.
-- JenPuchala, 2025-01-09

### *---- "Deceptive Charging"
I purchased a three month plan in November. I was subsequently charged in December (30.99) and now January (49.99). The December charge I didn’t catch, but when I saw it yesterday I had to search for where it came from and contacted the company. Was told the best they could do was refund 25% of the charge that had just gone through. Zero integrity in this company. Very disappointed.
-- Hamlarias, 2025-01-07

### *---- "SCAM ALERT"
App was charged when it indicated it was available to try. Asked for a refund and I was denied. I’m cancelling my storage with apple. I’m done with all things apple. Beware.
-- xcherrybombx, 2025-01-07

### *---- "No support"
No support, cant cancel subscription, fraud.
-- User041qqqq, 2025-01-04

### **--- "So good and then… so repetitive"
I loved the first 21 days of this program. I actually lost 10 pounds! I couldn’t believe it… This has been a struggle for years and almost any time I went on the scale it kept dropping.
Then came to the next portion of the program… I really don’t connect with the sessions. Even worse ITS THE SAME FOREVER. in the first 21 days there was variation in each session. I keep waiting for it to change, but I’m on day 62 and there is no difference in sight. I stopped losing weight and can’t connect the same way because it bothers me so much. Even in trying to repeat from day one the trance has been broken.
But also really scares me is that there is no information about my subscription under my profile information. I have no idea what I’m paying and when it renews…. This is a really bare-bones app. How bad so many of the reviews were about payment and customer service scares me. I’d love to give this app a better review but I just don’t trust it. I wish there was something better out there.
-- hhoneybb, 2025-01-03

### *---- "There’s no way to cancel!!!"
No way to cancel and they will not respond to emails! BEWARE! I don’t even know what to do at this point… So upsetting
-- JenLynnW, 2025-01-02
