If you are not an existing KVB customer, you can open a DLite Savings account instantly.

Now manage your financial transactions on the go, transact through, IMPS & UPI. Request for a cheque book, Hotlist debit card, Apply debit card and much more
- Apply for FASTag, recharge on the go and track your payments from Dlite app
- Sit and apply for IPO using e-ASBA
- Add frequently paid Mobile Recharge, DTH payments, TNEB bills and pay by single tap
- Control your Debit Card by setting your own ATM and PoS transaction limit, switching your Debit card transactions On or Off, Set ATM Pin and much more.

What do I require for using Mobile banking services?
Just stay relax. All you need is
- Apple iPhone (non Jail-broken device)
- Operative CASA account with KVB
- Active debit card/Internet banking credentials for authentication
- Internet connectivity through Mobile Data/ Wi-Fi

How to register?
- Download the app from iOS App Store
- Click “Register for Mobile Banking”
- Enter Nickname/Customer id/Reg Mobile number
- Enter the received OTP
- Once validated, authenticate with Debit card/Internet Banking
 - Post Authentication set your 6 digit Login pin & 4 digit mPin
- Once pins are successfully set, you are now ready to use a very Secure, Convenient & User friendly Mobile Banking application.

Note:  KVB or its employees do not ask ATM card number/Pin/CVV/OTP and other sensitive information. If any such incident reported, reach our 24* 7 support.

Looks like some changes where app no longer works no matter how many times I reinstall it and try registration. Either Get an error unable to connect to server or simply spins forever. I have an NRO account accessing from US withe registered US mobile number in the phone. It used to work ok before some recent changes. Such bad experience right now. My phone doesnt have any vpn or network issues. Other apps and everything works fine, other india bank apps works.

Cant compare with other bank apps that are easy to use and have great UIs. Barely works. Will throw random and irrelevant error messages. This is really an amateur attempt at an app.

I have been noticing that this app is the most user unfriendly app one can ever come across. It makes me want to cry. I dread to open the app when I require it in an emergency.
It doesn’t open , I can’t change the settings, I can’t do any simple and straightforward transactions which I can do with others like SBI Yono or ICICI mobile apps
How come so many have given 5 star rating for this app and in the write up have said it’s the worst app ever.

I am an nri in the U.S.  I’m using the same US mobile number (registers with KVB) and the correct customer id number. The app will not let me register. It says one or both of these numbers is incorrect. I know that is not true because I am able to use the same customer id for internet banking. Also I receive SMSs from KVB at this mobile number. 
Now, I recently ported the same number to a new iPhone which uses an eSIm. Is the app not recognizing the eSIM? If so, please fix that. I have the same mobile number issue with KVB WhatsApp also.

I have never seen a banking app working this stupid. App never gets into the password or login page. It just says welcome and no response. No options to see what’s happening inside and just wait wait until it opens to show something. It may take an hour or couple of hours or even for the whole day the app never gets to a login page. AppStore should remove this crap app from being available for download.
