Er schließt die Lücke zwischen der ersten und der letzten Meile im Öffentlichen Personennahverkehr. Denn der kvgOF Hopper befördert Fahrgäste flexibel auf Abruf. Und das besonders effizient, nachhaltig und kostengünstig. Der entscheidende Vorteil: Er kommt, wenn du ihn brauchst.

Der kvgOF Hopper fährt seit Sommer 2023 im gesamten Kreis Offenbach. Dazu zählen die Bediengebiete in den Kommunen: Neu-Isenburg, Egelsbach, Langen, Dreieich, Rödermark, Dietzenbach, Heusenstamm, Mühlheim, Obertshausen, Rodgau, Hainburg, Seligenstadt und Mainhausen.

Die kvgOF Hopper App ist die zentrale Schnittstelle für alle Fahrgäste, die den Hopper nutzen und buchen möchten. Sie beinhaltet die Bereiche Registrierung, Nutzerverwaltung, Navigation, Buchung, Bezahlung, FAQ und Kundeninformation.

Bitte führt in der App ein, dass man einen Hopper für eine andere Person buchen kann (einzeln). Beispiel: Oma möchte heim, sie hat kein Internetfähiges Handy, ich buche für sie den Hopper, aber muss immer mit zur Station laufen, da es auf meinen Namen gebucht ist. Das ist etwas nervig..

Der Service an sich ist super. Aber ich finde es sehr ärgerlich, dass man keine „Übergabestationen“ zwischen den einzelnen Zonen eingerichtet hat. Gerade, weil es um Frankfurt herum an Ringverbindungen fehlt. Idealerweise gäbe es auch eine Anbindungen an andere Shuttle-Services, zB Darmstadt. Aber da kocht wieder jeder sein eigenes Süppchen.

Ich nutze Hopper gerne, da ich eine Haltestelle vor der Tür habe. Mit der App bin ich nicht zufrieden. Die  Uhrzeiten einzustellen , habe ich durch zufälliges Klicken auf die Uhrzeit gefunden, das geht besser. Wenn ich eine Fahrt mit einer geplanten  Ankunftszeit gebucht habe, erscheint in der App auch nur die Ankunftszeit,  aber nicht die Abfahrtzeit, die wesentlich wichtiger wäre. Ich habe nicht herausgefunden, wo diese einzusehen ist.

Abholzeitpunkt wurde fünf mal um jeweils 5 Minuten nach hinten verlegt. Update der Ankunft kam jedesmal, wenn der Wagen angeblich nur 2 min war entfernt war. Ist halt sehr bescheiden, wenn man im strömenden Regen auf das Auto wartet.
