## KWCH 12 News Reviews in United States

### **--- "Ridiculous vitriol from mainstream media"
I like getting weather and some local info, but your ridiculous mainstream media virtue that paints anybody who’s not a liberal as some kind of crazed enemy is ridiculous. The associated press is your most common reference source for national news and they are a ridiculous organization. Journalists and news outlets were supposed to be the voice of the people, all the people, not just a select group. Why don’t you do some real reporting and find some real facts and keep your feelings out of it or report from organizations that do that.

Your article today on Trump‘s victory is absolute rubbish. Surely you have a journalist there that can report the information without all the bias and name-calling that has led to the division in this country over the last 10-15 years. The media has done far more damage to the relations and unity of this country than any politician or any other organization in the world.

You have a tremendous responsibility so do better with it.
-- JustGarbage47, 2024-11-06

### *---- "Always pauses audio when opened"
The app works fine with push notifications of breaking news, but constantly pauses whatever audio you’re listening to when you open it. It’s insanely annoying. Emailed the developers and still not fixed.
-- Nick_Gallegos, 2024-05-21

### *---- "App doesn’t. Work"
Every time I get a notification and try to open it I get a blank screen. Also when I go directly into the app to open a story most of the time I get the same blank screen. Went to contact 12 and click on the contact link and again a blank screen
-- Bear F 0610, 2024-04-12

### *---- "Too many alerts"
I don’t need an alert for every story and a reminder to watch the news. If you want me to open the app make the story impactful.
-- Way too many alerts, 2024-03-21

### *---- "Can’t read the news"
I can see the adds when I open the app but when I click on a news story I only see a grey screen. Only see a grey screen when I try and contact support. I live in a rural area so no local news for me.
-- Phoebe C T, 2024-03-13

### *---- "App failure"
After opening app and getting full screen add for temu, x out of it and get a grey blank screen, and nothing happens.
-- disapointed in OZ, 2024-01-06

### *---- "Not working, poor quality application!"
The app hasn’t worked correctly in several months. I noticed it starting to have issues when they added the paid ads when it loaded up. I understand the need to generate revenue, but come on put them in another way that doesn’t cause the application to crash or not function properly. It might be time to switch to a new local news source.
-- Lutezy, 2023-09-04

### *---- "Screen turns grey when app opens. Started early 2023"
Title says it all.
-- Noonereally2, 2023-08-05

### *---- "Mad"
Will not play only snippets of evening news
-- g fogg, 2023-07-21

### *---- "App doesn’t work"
When I open the app there is an advertisement. When you x out of the advertisement the screen goes gray and locks up.
-- Impapaj, 2023-05-23
