Kylee helps you track the information healthcare providers want to know to help you find relief from chronic swelling due to lymphedema, lipedema, impaired lymphatics, or vein disorders. 
In your daily check-in, you can note your symptoms, upload photos to mark your progress, get helpful tips and exercises, and find support for your condition.

If you have a lymphedema pump like a Flexitouch Plus or Entre system from Tactile Medical, Kylee will deliver timely order status updates, provide how-to videos, and help you track your treatments.

Just got my pump today. Spent 2 hours trying to connect the app, no luck. Tried to manually enter my session and it shows as arms and there is no way to change it to legs. I can’t even delete the entry, it’s one big runaround and I’m so aggravated I’d never recommend this product.

Wow so deeply disappointed and somewhat confused as to how it’s legal to track patients using a medical device and to what end there is not even a user agreement just a text box in the app that says do you give permission for the app and website to collect information about you. You cannot use this app without agreeing, as in you can’t proceed to any other part of the app. I will be pleased to hear how tactical medical explains this. Like HIPPA laws mean what exactly to your company? My mistake in thinking there would be integrity in this situation. I’m sure it’s possibly legal in some loophole way, but it’s not appropriate or justifiable.

I was told by the technician that by downloading the application I could track my treatment to monitor how long I was on and how long was left to go. Not the case at all. No treatment information at all.

The Bluetooth connection never worked. I even had
 a face to face phone call with their software leader with no outcome. The app frequently erases my past manual entries. They are more focused on android than iPhone.

The idea is to track treatments and log results.  I use full leg treatments but am not able to select anything other than upper body and arm in the app.  I called support and was told that they were aware of the issue and not to use the app until they update it.

Even though I use this for my legs, the app refuses to identify correct body part, even though I entered LEGS for the pump. It is never easy to find the info on pump usage. It is not labeled and easy to find. This app is not user friendly. I’m sure patients who are not electronic savvy would have an even more difficult time with this app. While the info with videos is good, actual information and data is horrible.

It’s like I have another member on my team of providers to help me manage and report on my health when using my great Tactile Flexitouch machine for compression. 

Kylie is easy to use, intuitive and helps me with education and resources at the touch of a button for this challenging disease. She also gives me the ability to share critical feedback to my physician so he can guide me towards a better quality of life with lymphedema 

It’s like Kylie is a real person as she welcomes me everyday by name and I don’t even get that from my wife after 46 years of marriage. lol
