Being able to create my own (multiple) lists, is absolutely imperative and it’s missing!? Needed filters to choose Distance (closest first) and Price (cheapest first) and Experience (highest first) and vice-versa. Also the Contact button is misleading! Not possible to contact without NDIS docs. What if support workers are not suitable? I should be able to contact to check their suitability/availability and then book with NDIS letter etc. It’s very limited use, as it is. I would recommend using Mable instead. Also have had plenty of issues with the app, submitting payments and bookings.
