I really love this app. The minimalist design, user friendly and very smooth to use. I just wish one feature and it will be everything we need (I bet from other café owners too) - hoping you can add PRODUCT VARIATIONS. It will be a big help for coffee shops, restaurants and any business that needs this feature.

VERY DISSAPOINTED IN THEIR HELP/SUPPORT DEPARTMENT

Customer Service plays a vital role in any business! I've been trying to reach the support department for so many times yet no response from your end. Even provided numerous pictures and videos to help you guys give me an answer and improve your app. Sad to say i am just talking to an automated chatbot. -downloading of data to other gadgets takes almost forever -summation of daily sales is incorrect Keep up that driving attitude towards your customers! Take note, i've been using your app for almost 2 years now and paying for it for a monthly subscription for you guys to earn more!

Genius, Very Helpful to Business owners(may it be small or big)

I was using this app on my PHARMACY BUSINESS. This app helps me track well of my Revenue,Profit, Inventory (WHich can be viewed per transaction, Daily, Monthly and Yearly) and can track transactions by USER as well. Been using this for more than a year, small complications sometimes but i did report/inform it to help them improve, now they have KYTE WEB(whch i can link my computer-phone-or any other gadget), and im planning to subscribe it after my PRO PLAN EXPIRES. My business will for sure grow with KYTE application. Thank you KYTE!

BAD AFTER SALES CUSTOMER SERVICE

It has been 5 days but they have no action in my ticket.

Poor customer service

We have issues regarding our plan, there is always a pop up about plan despite that we are already registered as pro. This kept on appearing evertime we print. We contacted them multiple times thru kyte app and even email but no reply.
