All workouts, meditations and warm ups created, curated and recorded by Certified Master Trainer Lian Price.

– All workouts tied to current pop culture references to imbue emotion
– Pro warm up and stretching video included
– Guided meditations to support with weight loss, self-confidence, building abs and more
– Workout at home, at the gym or outside
– Different ranges of equipment to accommodate all set-ups
– You choose the location, duration, mood and goal of each workout
– In-app progress tracking
– Unlimited access across all devices, including your smart phone, tablet and desktop
– 24/7 access to the Exquiset fitness community: ask questions, share your progress and cheer others on! (You know, if you're in the mood)

The download of L3 Method is free of charge. A subscription renews automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours prior to the end of the subscription period. There is no increase in price when renewing.

Lian knocked it out of the park again!! What a brilliant way for people to enjoy working out and Lian supporting them at the same time!! Can’t see her personally anymore due to distance but I can see her all the time now in the app!!

### ***** "This truly gets me MOVING"
I have a tendency to experience a lot of anxiety in the morning. 

So when I choose a workout based on my mood, I find myself instantly getting right into it compared to doing hours of procrastinating and getting myself hyped and motivated to go to the gym.

Each themed workout is totally relevant to what I’m emotionally feeling, and when I finish a 15-30 min session—I feel like I did an intense session with a trainer for a whole hour! The app is simple to understand, and every move feels intentional!

The names of each exercise is FUN to read as well so I find myself naturally being into it!

Working full time with the Navy and also being a creative, life can get pretty hectic if you don’t set an intention and purpose for your health, life, and well being. Exquiset was answer to my prayers, because my mood does change everyday for my physical agility, especially when on deployment. I am incorporating Lian’s techniques to my daily workouts, and it has fulfilled my intention for fun and adventure, to keep elevating, and it’s OK to change things up, including for your physique. I highly recommend this app for anybody.

This app is amazing!

I absolutely love the pre-workout meditations! 

What a great way to set your intention and get in the mood for working out.

Lian’s voice is soothing and she shines like a goddess with her inspiring introductions to each mood.

The video is pristine and distraction free with all all white background.

I love how her outfits match the mood, like pajamas for lazy day.

The tracking option is cool; I like the encouragement to complete at least 12 workouts per month and keep track of your daily weight and vibe changes.

The community channel is a fun way to celebrate, stay accountable, and be inspired by others who are in it with me.

There is nothing else out there that has kept my interest, easy to use (very intuitive), workouts that get amazing results while feeling like I can do the moves that challenge me but also feel attainable! This app is the answer to so many struggles I have with fitness. Some days I’m not in the mood to exercise, and that can easily send someone into a negative spiral about their fitness goals. The beauty of this app is that you’re able to select workouts BASED on your mood instead of ignoring your mood and trying to work out anyway. It also has some great meditations and affirmations to shift your mindset going into or even after a workout. The app is super easy to navigate and great for any level of fitness. Definitely recommend!!
