No puedo agregar mi giftcard dice que no hay conexión con servicio de giftcard, ayuda porfavor

No se pueden operar los botones para agregar o desvincular Giftcard, pasa en iPhone 11
No funciona
No puedo agregar una gc física porque no toma el pin como correcto a pesar de revisarlo en la página y estar bien los datos ñ, está descuadrada quedando los botones superiores superpuestos con el reloj y los indicadores de señal
Pésima experiencia
He ido 2 veces al unimarc a comprar y en ambas me dicen que tiene que estar impresa. Cual es la idea de tener la app? Muy mal todo.
