## La La Land Kind Cafe Reviews in United States

### ***** "Best Matcha Ever"
I love the variety of matcha drinks, there’s something for everyone. I just added the app and am so glad, great perks and love a preorder. Extra points for the brilliant branding.
-- Lcwoodard, 2025-07-01

### ***** "Best coffee shop ever!"
I love their coffee, toast, and overnight oats! Excellent customer service, Kim is always super friendly and smiling! Wish they had more locations.
-- Steph@0418, 2025-06-25

### ***** "So Looooong Line"
Fort Worth might need a West Seventh/Cultural District location. Not might. We do need. 😆
-- Brittany Lady, 2025-06-02

### *---- "Horrible app"
I’m convinced that La La Land bought fake reviews for this app because you can see that all the recent reviews have one star ratings and yet, the app has an overall good rating. Definitely fake!!! The app is useless too, as it does not let you apply rewards or order your drinks ahead of time. Continuous errors prevent you from getting what you want. Plus some stores don’t even have options for app ordering. What’s the point??
-- kurokero1031, 2025-06-01

### ***** "Love this new location"
This location was an amazing add to the shops of legacy!!!! The staff is so friendly and the coffee is even better!!
-- collinbwilson, 2025-05-23

### ***** "10 out of 10"
Not overly sweet I recommend always getting light ice the workers are finally
-- iaoslcnd, 2025-05-21

### *---- "Great coffee horrible app"
Glitchiest app I’ve ever worked with in my life.
-- AV627, 2025-05-16

### *---- "Kinda bummed"
Kinda bummed they didn’t take cash… my reward was not accepted at the order counter. Delay on my experience.
-- LocalStyleChick, 2025-04-28

### ***** "Greatness"
I love it!
-- Katso Pilitso, 2025-04-28

### **--- "Rewards Need Help"
I love La La Land and what it represents. The coffee is good and the service is relatively quick. My issue is the rewards system. I know that it is new, but often times the servers don’t even ask if I would like to earn any rewards. Additionally, the rewards system is complicated to use for both customers and workers. Paying via app also needs some work to seamlessly improve the customer experience versus creating a headache/ holding up the line for those trying to utilize it.
