## LA Metro Parking Reviews in United States

### ***** "Easy parking app"
I always use this app. It’s super easy to load money and not have to stop and use the pay kiosk and give it five stars.
-- Hahaha melanoma, 2026-04-24

### ***** "Perfectly Adequate"
Appreciate the reminder alerts. Definitely appreciate that it autofills TAP card number.

Only thing I could think of to add would be scheduled parking sessions for commuters that don’t go in to work enough to qualify for a monthly.
-- AMindfulMagpie, 2026-01-30

### ***** "Straightforward. Works. No fluff."
Straightforward. Works. No fluff.
-- C—Port, 2025-11-06

### ***** "So Far, So Good"
Only been using this a couple weeks, but it works well so far. I like that my zone and car info are saved.
-- Andrea L H, 2025-09-30

### *---- "Doesn’t always work"
App sometime hang and does not allow to move forward to payment. When a station zone is closed for a month, there is no message telling you that the station is close so wasted money on parking.
-- Wowbao, 2025-08-11

### *---- "Worst App in existence"
Took me over an hour to pay for parking could not be a worse app. Long story short you need a TAP card to pay for a parking.
-- Henryboi 12, 2025-07-06

### *---- "Incredibly glitchy"
I can’t think of an app that is more frequently glitchy. I use this to park about 20 times a month. I would say that on average it does not allow me to pay five or six times per time I park before it works. That means I have to attempt 100 transactions per month to park just 20 times. The worst part is the only option other than just persevering through the terrible tech is to accept a ticket. I likely pay $120 per month in undeserved tickets. I think this is intentional on behalf of Metro as an unethical means to collect revenue. Literally the worst app I have ever used.
-- Jimmmyyyyyyyyyy4546774, 2025-06-25

### *---- "Useless when Maps Don’t Load"
The Find Parking feature in the menu is broken. It’s supposed to help you locate Parking so you can ride the Metro. Apparently it uses Google Maps (logo in bottom left corner) but nothing loads, NO MAP. Only an icon showing your current location and a few numbered dots representing parking areas appear on a gray background. Pretty useless if you want to encourage people to use Park And Ride and the Metro.
-- Mr.EdnaMode, 2025-04-24

### ***** "Save me time"
Love paying over my phone, more convenient and easier
-- Coquetos40, 2025-04-23

### **--- "Crashes frequently"
Don’t know why but this app frequently crashes after you submit the tap card number.
