## LA Metro Transit Watch Reviews in United States

### *---- "Not Actually Usable"
It takes so long to fill out a chat/form and then have Metro respond that it is essentially a useless app if something is happening on a train or bus. Have tried submitting many times but have never witnessed a report result in any action being taken.
-- owl<3city, 2026-03-25

### *---- "Metro does not care"
I’ve been using Metro everyday for over 6 years and have submitted countless reports and not once have they every taken action. Good luck not dying or getting assaulted. Hope they get sued.
-- Geevee0906, 2025-07-31

### ***-- "911 button doesn’t work"
Pressing the button to call 911 actually dials +91 1 which doesn’t work for contacting emergency services.
-- weeneldo, 2024-11-09

### *---- "terrible, doesn’t work or let me create an account"
useless, waste of time.
-- malcolmv, 2024-10-22

### ***** "Live Human Response!"
I love that I can talk to an actual real person 24/7. With chatbots becoming so common, it’s pretty amazing.
-- Mark902111, 2024-10-10

### ***** "Much Needed Upgrade!"
This new upgrade addressed a lot of glitches and overall ease of use. Nice job, Metro!
-- PepperNPeaches, 2024-10-10

### ***** "Newer, better, easier"
Update is great & what was needed. Easy to navigate & user friendly.
-- whitalicious, 2024-10-10

### ***-- "Frequently hanging-up and tracking stopped"
I love the service and it is also free! I am just experiencing frequent hang-ups of this app. Also on the reports, it stopped recording all my complaints and feedback last April 24, and until today I can use the app and give feedbacks but I can’t see the report anymore , from there you can see the case number.
-- Chris Yape, 2024-06-01

### *---- "Useless"
The uvalde shooting is as useless as this: This cops, authorities won’t sacrifice their lives for some strangers. By the time you type your name, number of the bus, location and type your comment you are already dead.
-- letterboxdispoison, 2023-08-17

### ****- "Why the low rates"
Why are you guys giving so much low rates? We almost had an incident at my car
-- losT_Andy, 2023-07-20
