Labcorp Reviews

Missing basic functionality

LawyerGrrl on

United States

The most basic requirement for getting labs drawn is having a written order from your doctor. There is no way to upload an order when you schedule your labs. It was a tremendous hassle to get the order my doctor sent me via email to Labcorp. There’s a simple solution: let the patient upload the order when they schedule in the app.

No upcoming orders

Mh 001! on

I would like to see the electronic order my doctors schedule and print or display the barcode

Logout Issues

Mano Chepo on

Please fix the app. It keeps logging me out when I force close the app. Or when the app closes in the background

Stupid app

Rata 0317 on

I can’t see my results, and I can’t pay my bills like many people.

Poorly made. Feature thin.

Randsaroni on

Missing test results. Multiple “profiles” in the Labcorp system, and from various ordering doctors, means bloodwork orders constantly missing. Leaves customer service reps confused and unsure how to fix. We’ve tried ensuring mailing address is perfect. Didn’t work. App says things like “ your profile and make your notifications are enabled!“ But there’s nothing in the profile page that says anything like that. Amateur hour app. Missing features. Web-based too, which is the ultimate in lazy. No excuse that Quests app is better than Labcorps. Quest is a joke.

Not great at all

DredayP on

Every time I want to do something on this app I end up going to the web browser anyway. This time making a payment was the problem. Just never works.

Buggy

If you don’t log out, plan on restarting your phone in order to use the app again bc all you get is a white screen.

Can't see lab results

Useless. I can't open my lab results. Even on the website

Nothing but a poorly working web browser

adegriselles on

United States

This is nothing but a poorly working web browser. It looks and shows the exact same info as if on the website. And just like the website, it doesn’t show any info. You have to have the exact billing info to make payments, but it doesn’t show you anything but what is owed. No explanations, no details, just what is supposedly owed. I cannot search bills to see if I have received them all or get more into. Very deceptive business practices. Then, there is the appointment creation option. Neither the website or the app work to make appointments. They allow you to find local Labcorp locations, but once the appointment button is picked, nothing is listed in the service so the choose date and time box is grayed out and you cannot progress. I have tried this on the app and the web and got the same results even after shutting both down and restarting my phone. Nothing works.

Good security but clunky and poor availability

Elightt on

United States

I appreciate the effort put into creating and accessing an account. But I see several unnecessary steps and options that made it take longer than necessary. For example: just use SMS to verify, you don’t need multiple options. The disappointment came when actually trying to schedule and appointment and see no availability for days and the only afternoon availability until two weeks out. If I have to fast, I’d prefer a morning slot and frankly I was happy with the old system where I just got my sorry butt out of bed well before they opened.
