Greats but with ads
App works perfectly fine but I don’t get why we still get ads even after paying for the premium subscription 🤷🏽♂️
Shake exception issues
Has rarely been useful for me. Will work for one hour then when I login again to check results it says “ shake exception “ and freezes. Don’t understand what the shake exception, it seems to suggest you should not shake your phone or something wierd. Much work needed for functionality of this app, the intention of the app is good but needs assistance with functionality
Was once great
Firstly, horrible decision to remove the box in which we could align our stickers for scanning, the new open scan is much less efficient Ever since NHLS went done - yes it’s not your fault, this app has been almost as slow as trakcare itself On top of that we now pay for the app, can’t beat capitalism, but why if i am paying for it am i still seeing the irritating advertisements on the bottom, surely the app can be faster without those, they are always there refreshing while i still wait for my results to load. DISSATISFIED

Great app
Works so efficiently and it’s free!Trends results which you can save as pdf / print. It doesn’t allow for discrete barcode capture yet, but that honestly doesn’t take away from the app imho.

It doesn’t give you time to scan barcode you want if cases you have multiple barcodes in one page…it scan anyone
