I’ve literally been looking for something like this I’ve paid for trainers before online but nothing comes close to this. They make it so easy all you have to do is hit play. Workouts easy to follow I love how it’s virtually. I hope they add a food portion this 👍🏾

I joined for Maia Henry. And I am enjoying it. The app can be a bit more user friendly. Big beef with workouts being locked after completing. I would like to repeat sometimes . Other than that 👍🏽

I was looking for a bit of guidance in my home workouts. Too often I found myself taking it easy and not pushing. I followed coach define on instagram. When she joined ladder, I thought I’d give it a try. Love having 7 workouts that target all muscle groups. I hit play and don’t worry about it. The workouts are demanding and the coach gives alternatives for beginners to experienced users. Week 4 and loving it!

Almost 100 work outs in and loving this app. Much better value than the personal trainer I worked with previously. The videos and verbal queues are great for form and when in doubt coach is responsive in the chat for questions or substitutions. Super happy and can't see making a switch any time soon.

Ladder had caught my eye early on and I only wish I would have followed my instincts instead of waiting! Ladder is amazing at fitting you with a like minded team, keeping you motivated and supporting your workouts through any hiccups that might occur with equipment or old injuries. Coach Samantha and team Evolve are amazing!! At first I figured it would be mostly computer responses and preset messages but to my surprise the coaches are right there to respond to any questions or give any extra motivation with perfect personal timing! Your teammates are right beside you sharing and cheering you on.. I honestly can’t stop telling people how amazing it is. I used to pay a personal trainer for 3 sessions a week and the gains I have gotten through Ladder and Coach Samantha are on par! Absolutely worth taking the chance!!
