Best fitness app🤩
I’ve used Ladder app for a month now and I am so impressed!! I have honestly tried so many other apps and training sites and have never been this consistent and hyped about my training! I train at home with kettlebells and dumbbells and follow the team Body&Bell. It is perfect for me! Training is fun and I love the functional element and whole body focus. Also, the production of this app is super high quality and I love that you can listen to your own music on Apple Music or Spotify during the workouts.
There is an active community where you can share your experiences, ask anything or just cheer each other on!
I would give this app 6/5 stars if I could! Highly recommended!🫶🏼
Big recommendation
I have been using app 5 weeks now. After only three weeks I started seeing results. I feel so energized and feeling so much better about myself. It is so easy to use. You can choose how many exercises you do in week. I have been doing three exercises per week so far. Coach is everyday in the chat to keep up the spirit and chat is just perfect for support. Just love it!
Great workouts, watch app useless
I love the workouts (currently doing team Formation) and everything works so smoothly. Unfortunately can't say the same about the watch app. I've been using it almost daily for two weeks and the W app has worked correctly only once. It usually just freezes on the "Ready" screen. Sometimes it'll start working on mid-workout only to freeze again after a minute. But not really helpful at all because it doesn't matter record heart rate or calories and you can't control the phone app through it either... Please fix it! I've tried reinstalling etc but it's still not working.

I’ve been using Ladder consistently for 5 weeks now and I couldn’t be happier. My gym sessions are so much more organized and I actually look forward to them. I love seeing progress and the app helps you track that, too. Couldn’t recommend enough and can’t wait where I’ll be in a years time with ladder 😍
Great workout app
I love this app because it pushes me to go through my workouts effectively. Also it helps with time management in the gym. You already know beforehand the workouts you doing for the school day instead of wasting time wondering what to do in d gym!

No thinking, no planning, engaging and challenging workout specific to your gym preferences. The app is organized, uses varied lifts and moves, the group trainers are knowledgeable, motivating, and personable, and it's a program I look forward to every day.
Found some Focus
I would go to the gym, do some cardio and then wander aimlessly around the weights and maybe try a couple machines. Now i have a focused plan everyday! It connects seamlessly with my Apple watch and Spotify. The instructions are clear, the workouts are challenging and the progress tracking is easy!
The only app you need 💥
I was sold after the first workout, I immediately signed up for the year. As a mom of two young kids it’s hard to sneak a workout in but I have 7/8 days so far with Ladder. I love the customization, options, timed workouts and trainers. I feel so amazing after just a week and can’t wait to keep it going! 15/10 - I’m can’t believe I didn’t do it sooner!
