Absolutely smashing.  Would recommend.

The ladder app is super fun. The coaches are some of the best in the world. They mix the workouts really well to challenge you and keep you engaged. The online community from the other users of the app is nice. We can chat and exchange ideas on any topic related to fitness. They also motivate you to keep working out everyday.

Joined Ladder a couple months back - within it Coach Ben Greenfield. The coach is of course a leading authority in fitness &amp; health with a USP in minimal effective dose of exercise. While that&#039;s important for everyone - it is so especially for women. 
The workouts last anywhere from 20 to 40 mins. The harder you work, the lesser you have to work! 
In these 2 months with Ladder - No injuries, No adrenal fatigue, BUT a significant improvement in strength, mobility on a week to week basis.
The App, too, is wonderfully designed. Easy &amp; engaging.
