The only app you will need
I have been training consistently since years now. But what Ladder is able to do for me no other app has. It’s like having a personal trainer through the year. I have seen results and I love the community aspect. Everyone checking in and everyone feeling supported and seen. There is a workout for everybody pilates girl, HIIT, strength, running, yoga. Absolutely smashing. Would recommend.
Worst experience
Even after payment the app is still showing that I haven’t subscribed. I’m writing so many mails but no response from anyone. Very disappointing and frustrating
Not able to get past login page!
The app won’t let me get past the Sign in with Apple, after signing it it stay on the sign in page.

Absolute game changer
The ladder app is super fun. The coaches are some of the best in the world. They mix the workouts really well to challenge you and keep you engaged. The online community from the other users of the app is nice. We can chat and exchange ideas on any topic related to fitness. They also motivate you to keep working out everyday.

The most brilliant fitness app - hands down
Joined Ladder a couple months back - within it Coach Ben Greenfield. The coach is of course a leading authority in fitness & health with a USP in minimal effective dose of exercise. While that's important for everyone - it is so especially for women.
The workouts last anywhere from 20 to 40 mins. The harder you work, the lesser you have to work!
In these 2 months with Ladder - No injuries, No adrenal fatigue, BUT a significant improvement in strength, mobility on a week to week basis.
The App, too, is wonderfully designed. Easy & engaging.
Best workout app!
This is your virtual personal trainer. I’ve used countless apps with varying degrees of success but this is the first one that makes the experience fun. The trainers and community are engaged and not intimidating. The workouts are great, the music integration is awesome, the whole experience is just so unique. Try the trial, it’s worth it, ladder is amazing!

Lots going on in the app
There’s a lot on the app, but I found it hard to navigate. I wanted a hands off app that I can mirror on my tv and I had to keep stopping to go to the next workout and next step. There’s probably a way to change this setting but there’s so many other features that it’s hard to find what I’m looking for.
Worth it
I’ve tried multiple exercise apps and have always been cautious about the cost. With Ladder I gave up my gym membership! They make using a home gym with minimal equipment easy. I have been able to work out at home and feel the impact. The community chats and cheers are great for accountability. And, it’s cheaper than the gym. I’ve managed to work out regularly, see gains, and grow closer to neighbors as we share equipment in garage gyms. Overall a great experience m.
