Best investment ever
I love this app and it’s community! The coaches are super supportive and professional, the group chat is really helpful. Best investment I’ve made last year.
Super easy to use and to keep track of your progress.
My only wishes are that they had a better nutrition plan or program instead of just a group chat and that you could pair the app with the fitness app from google/apple so that you didn’t had to manually type each training session into them. Other than that, I would recommend this app to anyone who wants to start training or is seasoned but wants to upgrade their game.
Keeping fit
This is a brilliant ap. Really enjoy the gym using this ap. Workouts are different everyday never boring. Trainers on the ap are really inspiring and keep you motivated. An app that has really given me a fitness journey which I never had before. Seeing results and staying motivated thanks to this ap.
Best online workout
I’ve subscribed to so many of these types of plans that I nearly didn’t try this one. Week after week I saw the ads on Facebook and then finally I gave it a go.. so glad I did. Three weeks in and I feel stronger and way more confident in my clothes already. I can feel and even see it working!
Personal training in an App
I have downloaded and paid for numerous fitness apps over the years and was looking for a new trainer as my own trainer moved on. I’m training for a half Marathon, and this app and the trainers are amazing, the community aspect of the app is great. 5 Stars

One of the best apps I’ve come across and the community aspect it encourages within each team helps spur each other on. 10/10 recommend. 100% cost effective and worth a go. Have seen strength and power soar since working on team forged, despite and injury setback was able to tailor the workouts around this

It’s probably the best thing I have done this year I’d no motivation no proper training program I had just been going through the motions bu now I have my mojo back and enjoying getting my training done and the results I’m getting are great it’s is the best thing that has happened to me this year I’m back and training legs twice a week something I never done .im enjoying the different programmes every day and coach Corey is there to push me thank you for everything

This is a fitness community like no other with brilliantly curated dynamic programming by Coach Lauren that changes weekly and never ever feels the same as the day before. It’s suitable for all levels, beginners that started here are now training for certifications! Last but not least, I’ve never experienced the support and motivation this community gives each other, I get so excited to do each session, I’m hooked!

No thinking, no planning, engaging and challenging workout specific to your gym preferences. The app is organized, uses varied lifts and moves, the group trainers are knowledgeable, motivating, and personable, and it's a program I look forward to every day.
Found some Focus
I would go to the gym, do some cardio and then wander aimlessly around the weights and maybe try a couple machines. Now i have a focused plan everyday! It connects seamlessly with my Apple watch and Spotify. The instructions are clear, the workouts are challenging and the progress tracking is easy!
The only app you need 💥
I was sold after the first workout, I immediately signed up for the year. As a mom of two young kids it’s hard to sneak a workout in but I have 7/8 days so far with Ladder. I love the customization, options, timed workouts and trainers. I feel so amazing after just a week and can’t wait to keep it going! 15/10 - I’m can’t believe I didn’t do it sooner!
