What can I say I am thankful i’ve stumble upon Nickole’s tiktok that lead me to LADDER and its just a dream came true how many hours were lost in the gym roaming around trying to figure out how to stalk some equipment to come up with the right routine to gain the best out my time there, being on ladder made everything easy, clear and not intimidating whatsoever. I am so thankful for this amazing app and the community on it with all the overwhelming resources by and athletics level coaches.
