Ladder isn’t just a fitness plan, it’s an interactive supportive community that gives you everything you need to show up for yourself and be a little bit better than you were yesterday. I had hit a plateau in both weight loss and muscle gain and was losing interest in going to the gym until Coach Samantha made me fall in love with it all over again. Well worth the subscription and would recommend to everyone.

I've only ever gone gym once in my life in my 20's now that I'm in my late 30's and serious now about my health more then ever I've never really stuck to a plan or diet nor have I ever had anyone coach me due to my anxiety BUT this app has changed me in only a week I've sweated more than I have ever done before AND my muscles are feeling what they should cause it's showing! Thank you Ladder app! All coaches on this are amazing and so encouraging I'm hooked! 💯🙌🏼

It’s a good app but the timings don’t sync with NZ times so the new week workouts always come up late for me.

I have been using this app for over a month now, it’s made it easier for me to workout at home or at the gym. just by following along with my trainer at every training session. It’s kept me motivated to keep going each week. I’ve also noticed that I feel like I have more energy and better endurance each week. The workouts are always different every day and I get a lot of support from my team members, if I have any questions or concerns I highly recommend love the ladder app 😊👍

Really great app, after answering a quick survey and joining a team (I’m in Iconic), you get supplied with these perfect workouts that exactly matched what I wanted. Length of time, types of workouts, etc. It’s been great! There’s also a group chat where you can send in a form video if you need so the coach can check on your form!

Hands down best fitness / workout app you will ever find! I have used a lot of them paid and unpaid and for just the entry level monthly subscription it is so with it. I had been going to the gym 5 days a week for almost a year and not really seeing any results. I have been using Ladder for a month now and already seeing massive results. Is simple to use, customisable, lots of different teams to choose from depending on what you want to achieve, in ear coaching throughout the workout and so much more!! I can not recommend this app enough. Give it 1 month and you won’t look back

Best workout app

This is the best workout app I have come across. It really takes the stress out of working out. You are given a plan, which changes and works on progression regularly. There is video demonstrations and your coach is right in your ear motivating you and explaining techniques. It is a personal trainer in your phone but at a cheaper price. But the best thing is that even though it is on an app, you are still part of a community. You have a team, team chat and you can send cheers to your fellow team mates who are currently working out. It makes working out not so isolating. It is motivating, engaging, challenging and easy to use. You will see gains and improvements. I sure did.

I’ve used many different fitness/ training apps and programs but this is by far the best. Super easy to navigate, motivating and clear instructions for every movement. It’s like having a pt with you every time you work out
