I’m so glad I came across this app! I’m so grateful I feel stronger. I struggled with finding a routine on working out! I didn’t know what to do and exercise that would be effective. This App does that for me. I love how interactive it is. I’ve been with Team Formation since I joined and I’m so happy. I’m losing some weight! I feel like I’m getting toned. I love that even though I’m based in Johannesburg, South Africa! I can keep up and engage with my team mates. Learning a lot ❤️

I have been lifting for 6 years and find this app aligns so well with my goals and values and is pushing me to become the strongest version of myself.

Very disappointing experience after reading the other reviews. In my first week, I asked my coach via DM for assistance with the how the sets are displayed in the app and I got no response. There seems to only be auto-generated replies from the “coach” based on your milestones. I won’t be purchasing.

This is your virtual personal trainer. I’ve used countless apps with varying degrees of success but this is the first one that makes the experience fun. The trainers and community are engaged and not intimidating. The workouts are great, the music integration is awesome, the whole experience is just so unique.
