Amazing App- great results

I have been training for years: a long history of running and taking part in CrossFit events. I downloaded the app 4 weeks ago and it's really mixed up my training. The workouts are well planned and targeted towards different users outcomes. I can feel every work and after 4 weeks my body fat percentage is down 1.5% to 19 and I can already see the difference and other people are commenting.

Thought I would give this app a try when I was getting back into the gym at the start of the year, didn’t expect to keep it past the free trial but it’s brilliant! I love the way that it takes you through the workouts and shows how to perform the exercises on screen. I also really like the different teams you can join to match your goals, and the tailored workouts they provide! I’m not new to working out but it’s nice to be given a programme and a great variety of exercises that are explained and demonstrated so you know that you’re doing them correctly! I’ve tried a few different workout apps in the past and this blows them all out of the water, can see myself using this app for a long time! #TeamForged

Love the program and it’s a great app but it glitches daily and the app shuts down mid workout when making notes so have to restart it repeatedly

I love the ladder app, I’ve used quite a few over the years, had personal trainers & this one is the best. The structure of the workouts are so professional. The tips they give make you feel like you have a trainer next to you. The community chat drives me on with each workout.. you can add different communities that interest you. It’s the best value for money.

I never leave reviews but this app has changed the game for me. I’ve only been on the app for 4 weeks, but I have never been so consistent with working out before. I’ve made more progress in a month on the app than I did in 6 months of the gym alone honestly. The coaches know what they’re talking about and the form cue’s on the voiceovers are so helpful too. The team chat feature is great if you are someone who lacks motivation sometimes as they are always active. 10/10!

I've tried BOD with great results and am really impressed with the Ladder app so far. My only addition would be if they were to combine a diet plan with it - other than that it is excellent

I never wrote reviews on here but I was so impressed with this app of your new to training or you’ve been doing it for years this is the app for you. everything is so detailed and the app is easy to use I love the affirmations through the workout aswell.
